Accusing the United States of sponsoring terrorist activities the world over, Kerala Chief Minister V S Achthanandan today called for greater solidarity among the working class to contain the growing menace.
"The gravest dangers being faced by the world today are terrorism and religious extremism as the US is found to be sponsoring terrorist groups across the globe and the menace could only be checked with the coming together of working class organizations in India," Achuthanandan said, inaugurating the CITU north Kerala zone yatra.
Sooooo the CM thinks terrorism can be eliminated 'with the coming together of working class organizations in India'....!!!
May be it's time for him to retire from active politics.He is becoming a real embarrassment for Keralities.These comments should not be seen in isolation,he has been making a series of such irrational statements in the recent past.His infamous comments about the NSG commando Sandeep Unnikrishnan's father led to wide spread anger against him.His vulgar and double meaning comments on APJ Abdul Kalam also was widely condemned in Kerala,even though it escaped National attention.
