An American president who is only an year or so in office,getting Noble Prize for peace is amusing to say the least.

America is at war in Iraq and Afghanistan.CIA,America's dreaded intelligence agency is engaged in covert and treacherous operations all over the world.

Obama it seems got noble prize because he wanted elimination of nuclear weapons from the world.

Well,America has the largest stockpiles of weapons in the world.All these talk of a non-nuclear world is rubbish,as long as America continues to keep and increase its weapons arsenal and a dictatorial and non-democratic china continues its unrelenting march towards more weapons..

Now,about the Nobel prize,even the White House sources were reportedly surprised by the announcement.

Instances like these greatly erode the value of the so-called NOBEL PRIZE...
