certain elements within the Pakistani establishment still make a distinction between 'good terrorist and bad terrorist,' Minister of state for external affairs Shashi Tharoor said Pakistan should fight militancy in any form.
"The good terrorists are the guys who kill Indians in India and the bad terrorists are those who attack Pakistani interests whether in Afghanistan or in Pakistan," he said.
"In other words, you blow up the Taj Mahal hotel you're a good guy, you blow up the Marriot in Islamabad you're a bad guy," he told CNN.

pakistani punjab governor salmaan taseer on Tuesday condemned the suicide bombings at the International Islamic University in Islamabad and expressed concern over the loss of precious lives in the incident. He said the attackers were not followers of Islam and had nothing to do with humanity. taseer said such inhuman acts would not deter the government’s efforts to eliminate terrorism.
So as per pakis,if pak trained terrorists attack pakistan itself,they are not followers of Islam and are bad terrorists.But if they attack India,they are 'Holy Warriors' or good terrorists...!!
As long as pak continue to train,finance terrorists to pump into India,Afghanistan and to other parts of the world,these same terrorists will turn against pak as well.
pakistan should get a taste of their own medicine..!!!
