It seems the Congress Party has brought Abhishek Manu Singhvi as it's spokesperson.
He was removed earlier after a controversial CD showing him in a compromising position came into public view.
Question to congress is, has this man been cleared of the dirt ??
It will look funny, when this guy addressees the media in all seriousness - but all those who hear him speak will be laughing..
