Indian team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni today blamed the rain for the defeat in the first Twenty20 international against Australia, saying the wet conditions made it difficult for bowlers.
OK..agreed..
To add to it : we lost to England 4-0 and to Australia 4-0, again due to rain..
It did not rain and so the team had to play and they lost!
Ofcourse even rain could not have prevented India loosing.Because most of these tests ended in 3 days, atmost 4 days..
So 'rain' should have 'rained' continuously for 2 to 3 days to ensure that the team does not loose!
Whatever it is, rain has no excuse..It continues to play a very major part in Indian team's abysmal performances recently..
